mailFactory^® DocumentControl drives and verifies the mail production on document level with a previously provided control file. For every mail piece, the software transmits file based instructions like the collation of pages to the inserting system.
 
Therefore the control information for an inserting system can be handled separately from the printed information; the electronic content can be revised during the production cycle.

To optimize the production process the software provides the possibility to manage job transitions smoothly. There are opportunities to steer different devices like for instance, printers at the output, according to the control file information. The status of every mail piece is updated during the processing.

After the run, a reprint file with all incomplete mail pieces will be generated. mailFactory^® DocumentControl together with mailFactory^® ReprintControl enables the complete management of reprints in a closed loop environment.

Using the option mailFactory^® MediaControl, the inserts of an additional feeding station and the envelope type can be validated and controlled.
