mailFactory^® Workplace is a software component for centralized workstations that enables an operator to process individual mail pieces separately.

It allows scanning and verifying mail pieces by hand, mainly to reprocess. Therefore, special jobs not processed by an inserting system can also be handled within the framework of mailFactory^®. The ADF workflow is covered completely electronically.

Additionally, mailFactory^® Workplace Lite can be installed next to every machine to handle the mail pieces locally at the operator’s workplace.

As a limitation, only the jobs run at the corresponding inserter can be processed with this software product.

• Job Completion
  With mailFactory^® Workplace you can intervene after the production to complete the jobs or trigger the reprint manually
• Rework
  mailFactory^® Workplace supports you to rework diverted mail pieces after the production process manually
• Progress and Verify
  mailFactory^® Workplace displays the status and progress of each job. Furthermore, the status and content of every mail piece will be visualized as well. This helps to control, search and verify mail pieces by an operator
• Late Divert
  mailFactory^® Workplace offers the possibility to mark mail pieces to be diverted after the printing process but before inserting. No reprint will be generated for these mail pieces.
