mailFactory^® ReprintControl as a service within mailFactory^®Manager Sphera provides the complete distribution of the production at multiple sites, independent of vendors.

The entire production workflow can be conducted manually or automatically with the corresponding business rules. The management system receives the initial production jobs and saves them on mail piece level.

After a production run the application generates the reprint data and therewith controls the data flow until the job is completely processed (closed loop).

The production jobs can be decentralized and sent to vendor independent inserter environments. The service offers various interfaces to different preparation and inserter systems.

As an optional feature, MailpieceSearch is used to find and display already distributed mail pieces and shows their historical processing information.
