Kern roll transport cart CBS-6

• The Kern roll transport cart CBS-6 is designed to facilitate the simple and effective transport of paper rolls in a safe and easy to manage manner. It has a substantial robust steel frame which sits on four heavy duty wheels that have been spaced to spread the load and contribute to a long roll cart life cycle. The reversible arm allows the operator to simply change running direction of the cart by avoiding the need to perform an uncomfortable 180° turn. Its parking brake allow safe load and unload process of the heaviest paper rolls.

Roll airshaft

• The Kern 100 Unwinder and K110 Rewinder can use 70, 76, 127, 150, or 200 mm (2.7", 3", 5", 6" or 8") diameter airshafts
• Kern is the only company who equip its airshafts with helicoid gear to reduce noise level and increase lifetime of the airshaft’s gear

• For paper weight between 160 g/m² and 240 g/m², the Kern 100 unwinder and Kern 110 rewinder are delivered with the heavy paper option to ensure the widest paper range capabilities for your production.
